Billing/Coding and Documentation guidelines are a frequent request of clients provding wound management services in the outpatient setting. As such, C+ Consulting is pleased to provide a package of guidelines that include the following services:

  1. General Diagnosis Coding Guidelines for Wounds/Ulcers

  2. Evaluation and Management (E/M) services (also known as “visits”)

  3. Wound / Ulcer debridements and biopsies

  4. Skin Substitute Graft (SSG), also known as Cellular and/or Tissue-based Product (CTP), applications [documentation checklist for clinicians included]

  5. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) services [CMS Supervision rules included]

Guidelines include revisions and/or updates for a period of one year after the Effective Date, as needed. In addition, they include telephonic and/or electronic (email) support for ninety (90) days after the Effective Date.

Pricing for these guidelines is dependent on whether other packages are selected. If they are not included in your package option, then these guidelines can be purchased separately. In addition, one-on-one training is available as an option.
